Please create an account and then fill in the basic persona information by going to
My account -> OpenID AX Persona
You dont need to fill in all the information. All the fields are optional as of now.

Then you can go over to
http://soc2008.hotdrupal.com/~anshu_p/rp/openid/ax/eval/request
and make an AX fetch request for any number of desired properties. You'll get an appropriate fetch_response at the end of it!
